Michael Doxstader | Chief Executive Officer

Michael Doxstader is a retired U.S. Army Special Operations Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with over 18 years of global experience in intelligence operations and direct-action combat deployments in both high-threat and strategic environments. Throughout his military career, he successfully planned and executed complex missions across Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the United States. His leadership roles included serving as SFOD-B Human Intelligence NCOIC and Advanced Special Operations Techniques NCOIC.

Fluent in Spanish and certified in multiple advanced disciplines, Michael is recognized as an expert in threat identification and mitigation, tactical intelligence collection, and asset validation. He has trained over 600 personnel for high-risk international operations and led joint Special Operations Forces (SOF) teams in advanced intelligence collection.

After retiring from military service, Michael continued his commitment to security and humanitarian work. He founded the Global War On Human Trafficking initiative and The H.E.A.L Foundation to collaborate with state and federal agencies in order to conduct youth extractions and high-threat protective relocations. Michael holds degrees in Intelligence Studies and Spanish, as well as Geomatics and Business Certificate from Syracuse University. His additional certifications include executive protection, tactical driving, and advanced medical response. As the Chief Executive Officer of Sentinel Strategic Group, he brings exceptional precision, leadership, and integrity to every mission.
